Robert is the Past Director of the Washington State Council.  As Chief People & Culture Officer for Larson Gross, he puts into practice all that SHRM and NHRMA value. His work history spans professional services, manufacturing, banking, higher education, and healthcare. Skilled in total rewards, employee relations, policy development, employee engagement, HRIS, recruitment, and management, he has learned to flex and adapt to changing conditions. He has also served as the Past President and Board Member for Mt. Baker SHRM.
