President:
The President shall serve as the elected chief executive officer of NHRMA and shall have general charge and supervision of the affairs and business of NHRMA.
Vice President:
Serves as an elected officer of the NHRMA Board of Directors. Assists the President in overseeing all activities of the Board. In the absence of the President, performs all the Presidential responsibilities. Works with the NHRMA Board to establish policy, strategies and objectives. Provides guidance to elected, appointed, and volunteer representatives who are responsible for accomplishing NHRMA objectives.
Past-President:
Serves as an elected officer of the NHRMA Board of Directors with responsibility to support the President.
Secretary:
Prepares the minutes of all NHRMA board meetings and maintains the records.
Treasurer:
Serves as an elected member of the NHRMA Board of Directors with responsibility to facilitate the financial affairs of NHRMA.
Special Projects Director:
Serves as an appointed member of the NHRMA Board of Directors with varied responsibilities, dependent upon the needs of the Association.
Partnership Director:
Serves as an appointed member of the NHRMA Board of Directors with responsibility to facilitate and coordinate partnerships across all NHRMA activities.
Conference Director:
Serve as Conference Director for NHRMA’s annual conference. Responsible for managing all activities related to coordinating the annual state conference including facilitation and oversight of the event planner, vendors, business partners, speakers, agenda and special events.
Communications Director:
The Communications Director oversees and manages digital communications. As an appointed NHRMA Board of Directors member, the director is responsible for providing timely and relevant information to (1) NHRMA members about professional development opportunities, job opportunities, and other matters of interest via website, social media, email, and other mediums, and (2) to the public. This role is crucial in enhancing NHRMA’s online presence, engaging our community, and promoting our mission through various digital platforms.
Awards & Recognition Director:
Serves as an appointed member of the NHRMA Board of Directors with responsibility to promote recognition for outstanding service to the HR profession, community, and Association.
College Relations Director:
Serves as an appointed member of the NHRMA Board of Directors with the responsibility to collaboratively support student chapters and student chapter advisors within the region.
Strategic Initiatives Director:
The Strategic Initiative Director provides essential support as assigned by the NHRMA Board. This position is designed to provide critical support to the NHRMA Executive Board and may be tasked to partner with any and all Board members depending upon the given assignment.
Professional Development Director:
Serves as an appointed member of the NHRMA Board of Directors with responsibility for the successful and profitable execution of the HR professional development programs.
